AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND LITTLE MIGHTY

The little-mighty-studio.com website (the "Site") is an Ecommerce website comprised of various web pages operated by Little Mighty Studio( “we”, “us”, “our”) and related websites, forums, social media accounts, blogs, and other online and offline offerings (collectively or individually, the “Services”). The Site and Services are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of the Site and Services constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these Terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.

 

The Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with Hong Kong Law. Both we and you hereby agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong Courts. All dealings, correspondence and contacts between us shall be made or conducted in the English Language.
